I turned off the sound as soon as the music started and kept it off except to check to see if it was still going. The best sound was the great capture of the bull bugle and chuckle at the beginning. Great footage of Roosevelt bulls! That part is extremely well done. The main reason I don't bother with most game videos is the stupid music, nearly all of them copying each other's ideas to put music with the footage. You can be more creative. Less is more. Pure elk -- vocalizing, walking, being silent. I don't go to the woods to hear music. The animals don't need background music to hold my interest. Live animal sounds would be best but that is hard to capture. A smidge of narration about the context of the particular animal would beat music for my interest. I.e time of day, time of year that each bull is in view, sound of the bull racking his antlers, what's going on etc. Don't over talk it with constant natter but minimal narration about the context of the visual adds a lot more than irrelevant music.
