Great bull, congratulations to your nephew.  I have to ask though, why was the meat broken down into muscle groups for the pack out?  I cut the exposed layer of all meet prior to wrapping or grinding and that looks like a nightmare to prepare for wrapping and a waste of a lot of meat in the end.  Not judging, always open to learn myself, just curious.

  not judging either, but that looks like a nightmare when you start to trim, cut and wrap.  And looks like it took a lot of time when butchering.
