40 yrds observatory bull took almost 2 weeks of grinding . First archery elk. Called in from 600 yrds .
Great job, Scottcrb!  I spent 8 days in Observatory for a bull, but couldn't get it done. When did you get that bull?
I got him Wednesday and my partner shot a 6x6 on Thursday.

Observatory Archey 9/21. Hard season with intense highs and lows. Hats off to ScottCRB for an amazing calling job to bring this bull from great distance. My first archery kill and first branch bull.

If I only could have predicted the weather when I requested time off for the hunt!
They finally started bugling, huh? Glad to see such nice bulls taken by archers!
