only thing I find with my 7mag is SD/ED. Seems to run a bit finicky. If you are not stretching it out.. no worries.. im now into turning necks, and neck tension to tighten up velocities on my reloads... would be interested to know what your numbers are (if you are capturing)

Numbers as in velocity....with his load and data history I expect muzzle velocity to be around 3050 tp 3075 with the 180.

With a conventional throat design, this could be a little optimistic, but I believe Travis also has a hybrid or bore rider type throat design that he does and if that is the case, depending on barrel length, you could see 3050-ish with the 180's without running it at redline pressures.

H2O- A friend had a custom built by Len Bakus with verify similar specs to what your going with.  The 7RM with 180 Bergers is a great general purpose combo.

I'm interested in your velocity consistency... standard deviation and extremes again, if you aren't planning to shoot it out over 600yds, you probably don't care... beyond , the math matters for holdovers. I'm running 168's and don't think you are going to see 3050 with a 180. That is pushing it hard, dont believe book data, chrono will proof your loads....single diget velocity round to round can be achieved but takes work. all in the reload process. factory not a chance you may see 30+ or so fps between loads in a box. custom stuff kind of drives you into getting your money's worth on performance. dont just settle for a load that is "good enough". you should be able to get dialed to sub .5MOA and no changes in velocities.. Then you have your new magic stick and can get crazy with it!

I do plan to shoot a ways.  I have faith in the numbers he says. Now am I the level of shooter as the gun....nope! I'll run them over the crony and duplicate loads to the best of my ability.

you will like that nightforce scope, I am very comfortable with it over 1400 yds and my eyes suck! good glass, dials well. ez mile plinker, game comfy immediately out over 750yds after a day range stretching...

Quick update. Took a day off work and headed down to the high rises of Tumwater to meet the man. Very cool. Spent about an hour going over every question I could think of and then some. Got to touch and feel a few rifles and review scope details and this and that. Well worth the trip and now I need to just wait....come on May!
