Not selected for elk. I don't put in for the deer because I figure if I want one I can just wait and go pick one up if needed lol. Guess it will be a wait until they release the rest of the multi elk to otc sales and hope I can be 1 of the lucky few.

You must have applied for the MS deer tag in order to purchase one OTC when they go on sale.

Yeah I know.. my bad in my statement lol. To be honest though, being an archery deer hunter, I have only had 2 seasons out of 20 years hunting that I haven't harvested a blacktail. Mind you I don't go out looking for trophies. I just go out for the meat. Those 3 year old does taste really good! Still hoping I can snag a Multi elk leftover otc!

Drew elk with 7 points and deer with 1 point. Now I have to start planning my strategy. Good problem to have.
