Just got back fished below I5. Nice day all the way around. A few boats on the hook but no take downs. The pluckers on the bank said it was pretty hot yesterday. I wasn’t there yesterday 😂😂😂.

Fished Saturday in Brewster in the morning lost 1 at the net. Then went below wells and anchored off a point and landed a nice wild one. Hoping this water flow slows down this week!
I've heard of brewster pool but never fished it, is it crazy crowded? I take it you have to let natives go?

When I think of crowed, I think of blue creek, mineral trout opener back in the day and lake washington sockeye. The pool will have it’s fair share of boats but I wouldn’t call it crowed. I’ve never gotten tangled with another angler. Good weather and usually good fishing! We make it over a few times a year camping, fishing in the morning and wake surfing in the evening, doesn’t get much better! We’ve had good success with Leo flashers and brads spin baits.

Seen a few hundred boats there at times.  Be prepared to grab poles out of pole holders so they don’t hit the boat next to you.  It gets that crowded

I have been at the launch at 2:00 am already a line, launched the boat and found a parking spot by the time I got back to the boat it was 4:30 am its that crowded when there is a 6 fish limit.

Whoa, 2.5 hours to launch is pretty serious, I've been at the most popular fisheries in the state and haven't seen anything like that.  It seems a guy could launch and run the river up or down and get there faster.

For sure if you have a big enough boat.  Probably not in a 12’ lake boat

Screw that. I’d just show up at 4:30. I’ve launched at Pateros and ran up there in 10-12 min and not a single guy there

I need to go do that one of these summers.  July is a bit of a dead time for me here on the west side.

There is fish to be caught, boats are starting to pile in. King’s have been good below the dam at Bridgeport.
Just tend your own and live.
