I don't like how a number of changes are lumped together in one question.  There were a number where I opposed some and agree with some in the same questions.

Recommends 1x scopes for muzzleloaders and would allow return of special permits for any reason...I don't like either change.  Allowing return of special permits will hurt already dismal draw odds, especially for buck, bull, and antlerless categories.
