I find that "fixes" and substitutions lead to less weightloss and sabotaging ketosis So I'm back to zero snacks and once per day eating. 1 big 2000 calorie meal per day.Want to loose as much as possible by archery elk, and do a ton of "shed" hunting in very shed poor areas. Once I'm good with OMAD, I'll start skipping 1 day per week and shed hunt from morning light to last light then crawl in bed.Last elk season sucked, I couldn't cover the miles I wanted to cover, a 15 mile day meant a 5 mile next day, and I need 15 miles every day and not be so bagged.
