 There seems to be some confusion on access. Is the Nanum and Clockum closed.

no, as in no they do not have to follow the closure, or no, they are not an  "exception". i cannot imagine this state making them follow the same rules as others.  and if that's the case, well the elk will be in more trouble, cause they wont be pushed around and off the roads by "us less fortunate", i mean the rest of society

Spoiler alert, native americans don't have to follow the same rules.

I do appreciate that a native american chimed in with an answer and didn't stir the pot.

I am pretty sure the OP was not asking about native americans he was asking for himself and it can be tricky depending on your access point.  There are a ton of roads into the area and depending on the land manager at that access point access will vary.

Hopefully we can get this back on track?
