How big does a buck have to be to shoot one here in Washington with a special permit in hand?

Anyone who doesn’t shoot that buck in the swakane late archery season is drunk.

Anyone who says "no" has not hunted the late Swakane in the last 20 years.  That is a 2%...maybe 1% buck right there and if you don't shoot it, your likely going home empty handed.  You can hunt that unit hard for the entire season and you will be lucky to find one bigger.  Are they big boys there....yes, but not as many as there used to be.
