Boys first Bobcat

Took the Grandson and his friend out yesterday. We’re going to go chukar hunting but went looking for cougar tracks instead. Spotted this cat on the deer carcass. The boys were able to get close enough for their shotguns. #4 buck.
The cat had killed this yearling whitetail and had eaten its fill. It was laying on the carcass keeping the birds away.

No better way to spend the day
Get that first kitty mounted and he can tell the story for the rest of his life about "that great hunt with Dad"
