I use a Wyoming knife and a 4 inch (blade) leatherman knife i just picked up from Joe's. It has a flip over bone saw and you rotate the handle to get the gut hook. pretty sweet set up

Schrade,the older made in America ones, and the 25 plus year old Westerns. Good steel. SAK and Kershaw. Estwing for axes.

i use the kershaw blade trader( the saw on that thing works better than montana saw), and also a buck 110
