WTB TRAPS 🪤
« on: December 03, 2023, 09:34:03 PM »
I’m getting a buddy into trapping in Idaho and he is looking for a few traps for cat and coyotes along with smaller stuff like muskrats, mink, coon, etc…

I figured I’d see if anyone in WA has a shed full of steel just laying around due to Washingtons amazing laws.

Not looking to purchase a ton and he’s been watch trapperman too. But thinking a dozen or so #4 double long springs OS or #3 coil OS, 110s, and some smaller 1-1.5 LS and some 1.5 coils.

Thanks 🤙🏻

We have a big tub of traps.  I would have to see what I have, but they have been taking space for a long time, so I am up for getting rid of them.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

I’ll shoot you a message with my number. Would love to see what you got and what you’d like for them 🤙🏻

Keep checking marketplace. You can find deals every once in a while. Found half of mine that way.

For a small line, I dozen MB 450s and homemade stakes wouldn't set a guy too far back.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

It’s the Alaskan in me but I’m particular to long springs. Love the #4 OS. Set them without them touching the ground or putting my fingers inside the jaws. If I go coils I use my #3 Bridgers. They are baseplates, laminated and double swiveled. Only water critters I trap tend to be for a bait supply for my cat sets. He has an interest in a few of the other critters that I’ll teach him to catch but overall trying to keep our focus and gear similar.
