What an amazing legacy you come from. I would love to sit and listen to stories of your father’s life. The greatest generation had much to pass on to those of us that live in the comfortable times their sacrifices provided. With each passing we lose that opportunity.

If anyone reading this has a parent/grandparent that lived through WW2 or Vietnam Nam, go visit them. Don’t waste a moment. You have two ears and one mouth. You should listen twice as much as you speak. You won’t regret it.

Super sorry to hear man.

98 is a great run. Just think of all the changes and amazing things he saw in his lifetime.

Sorry for your loss.
