All I can say is this is what the state gets, and yet people will continue to vote Democrat. Don't think for a minute they are done messing up hunting in WA!
Most democrats voting democrat aren’t hunters and don’t have a clue.  Hunters are voting republican for the most part but it isn’t going to out bid King county and their urban recreation focus.  Hunting isn’t a main stream voting issue.

True, it will be hard to overcome voters in King county, but false there are members on this forum who claim to be hunters and gun owners who vote democrat, even my own father (a lifelong hunter) voted democrat every year no matter who the candidate was, he claimed the republicans and NRA were making up stories that the democrats wanted to take away guns and hunting.

But given recent commission appointments and gun legislation in WA it's impossible to argue that democrats do not want to take away hunting and 2nd Amendment opportunities.

This is an informative link for anyone who does not believe that. It shows the vote tally for any bill. This one for example is for 1143 last year. The vote falls nearly 100% along party lines. Basically every bill I looked up is like that.

I wasn’t  implying that I don’t think elected democrats don’t want to take away guns.  They do for sure.

I think most elected democrats are antihunters and very hypocritical on that view given their eating of meat.  They most likely discuss the strategy to end over a steak dinner.

My view was that middle majority of democrats in WA state just don’t know and don’t care about hunting.

Super frustrating to have our hands tied like this.  I told my 16 year old last night that they're trying to kill his August bear season (his favorite thing to do in the summer).  He sat with his head in his hands on the couch for like 5 minutes.  If he wasn't already going to grow up to be a republican, he sure is now.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

well I've only seen about 1000 of his signs over here on the east side and I've listened to him speak I haven't heard of or seen of anybody else and he's the only conservative that I've seen so far so that's where I'm going

That there is the problem the election for the governor will be won and lost in King County. Dave Reichert stands the best chance of winning, he has the support to beat Ferguson.

That’s what the antis are proposing, the department suggested an August 15th opener.

I personally like Semi Bird and think he's the best candidate, but let's be clear that his chance of being the next governor of Washington is exactly 0.00%
