Alot have been coming back fast, but alot also have not, but regardless, if you never apply, you'll never get one.  The correct way, is to buy one, do the paperwork, figure on a year, if it comes back sooner, bonus!

Have a buddy who got his in two days as well. I put in for mine a month before he did. I guess you just have to be lucky

Bought my second silencer today, the hybrid 46! Big J’s in orting, he said they are averaging 2 weeks now!!!  The hybrid 46 will cover most your needs.
