Don't they have to pull down the points tab or special hunts tab before they do the draw?  I.e., that has to go away before we have a chance of seeing results?

This is how it has worked in the past.

WDFW has left the points up in the past, that is when the back door would give you a heads up if you drew or not. I believe they pull the points and special hunts because the computer system works faster without having 10k trying to log in to check if their points dropped to zero.
