So the question is, is he a legal spike in the state of Washington??  He actually doesn't have a spike at all per the Washington State definition. Maybe Im wrong, but all of his antlers are in the area that doesn't count if I am reading the regs correctly.

On second thought, looks more like a cow elk! Maybe it's one of those hermaphrodites that grow velvet antlers that never shed.  I've seen several mule deer does like that.  :dunno:
