Just finished watching. I might have to go set a trap now! I’ve caught a beaver, 1 mink, couple coons, possums and a skunk in my limited attempts over the last couple years. I think I’ll try to get a bobcat before season ends now!

Plenty of time left. Actually a great time to trap a big tom!

Thanks for posting! That is an awesome video and you had some really cool footage I've never seen before. Always good to hear some perspectives and other ways to do things.

I love the opening video with the cat walking into the cage!
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

I'm on a horrible run of cats going in but the video length stops right before the door drops. 5 seconds later a new one starts with the cat sitting looking out  :chuckle:

I switched methods after watching your video. I usually run blind cage sets hoping to catch a cat. It has worked a few times but most of the time it doesn't. A few days after I watched your video I hung a few pieces of beaver in trees. Had my first hit last night.

Perfect. Hopefully he feeds a couple days in a row and you'll catch him. Save a ton of time and money.

I hung a chunk of beaver in a tree yesterday with a camera on it. I have another chunk to go hang in another spot. Thanks for the motivation to get after it!
