Picked up a new Rivers West vest for my dog. As I have tried many different brands of neoprene ones and they seem to rub even when cut. I don't use any floatation ones though. Just to help insulate the dog and break up it outline a little.

I have a couple, think one is a Cabelas brand. I don't pay much attention. I use it even when I don't expect the dog to do any swimming as it helps cover up her very light GR fur and helps keep her warm.
