That mount is horrible how much did you rip him off for that mount? :chuckle: All seriousness that is one of the most nicest looking mounts and that deer has an awesome cape very nice looking mount good job buck.

I dont know a whole lot of anything about black tail but thats a wall hanger no doubt congrats. The attention to detail in the mount is outstanding. I'll keep it in mind when I wack the big one this year. ha ha Good job to the both of you!

congrats on a great buck logger.  I made a special trip out last weekend to see that thing.  Amazing blacktail and charlie did an awsome job (as usual) .  one can only hope to see one in a lifetime like that and then pray that buckfever doesn't set in.

thanks charlie, That will probaly be the only one I have mounted as it took me 20 years to harvest a animal worthy of mounting. As always great great job :brew:
   You mean you didn't want to mount all those spikes and does you shot! I think I saw that buck on the side of the road dead, I was wondering who picked him up, I fiquered it would be some desperate hunter, probably would have him mounted, then brag to everybody how he shot him with a muzzleloader, at 10 yrds. :chuckle:  Good Job Logger, or is that stroker! From all that bragging you probably had to get a bigger hard hat!!! :IBCOOL:
