Thought about it then decided nah... Probably should of, better odds of drawing then up here. Just the other stuff was over $200.

I'm putting in for moose and sheep in MT. I see they cut back on a lot of areas to where us out of staters can't even put in. The moose area I've applied for the last several years changed from 10 to 8 permits. :bash:

I have been researching the unlimiteds for a few years now. I am planning a hunt next year. this is the put money in my pocket year :rolleyes:

For guys who got what it takes and can do the research the unlimited tags might not be a bad option, at least you'll be hunting sheep, just don't get eaten by a grizz while you are out there.

Putting in for sheep only. Have done it since they started points. Have not decided on the unit yet. Wish montana had set aside tags for non res so we would know what our real chances are.

...and isn't it 'up to' 10% of the total or something like that?... which means its possible that 0 tags go to NR's.  There's just a max allocation.

Just dropped 2200 bucks...Figured I go for the whole enchilada and apply for bison too.  If I draw Goat im going to need to start running yesterday :chuckle:
