Wolf hunt in 2008?
« on: February 28, 2008, 02:55:32 PM »
Alright guys.  If Idaho and Montana sell tags for hunting Wolves in 2008.  I am sure it will start out as a draw.  How many would put in for the draw?

as a new idahoan ive been following the wolf hunting situation pretty closely, wyoming is already controlling them as a predator, much like washington controls coyotes in other words shoot on sight outside of the greater yellowstone area. I dont know what the plan for montana is but idaho is planning a hunt with a quota of 328 wolves statewide, and the sub quotas for each region, so maybe the tags will be over the counter,  i hope so because i wont quite be resident in time for controlled hunt apps this year but i will be by the time hunting season rolls around
