Use a rubber blunt! they are quiet and don't need anything special... good practice for the elk. and they only cost like 5 bucks for a 3 pack
Read the regs, not trying to dis on you but some of the question people ask on here about the regs are clearly stated. Its even in bright red and number one under archery.
