Are these the same DNR gates that the brushpickers have keys to? I've heard that the brushpickers pay for permits, so would the tribes be permit exempt?

Most DNR gates are yellow.Ya forgot about Rayonier. Then again most Rayonier gates i've seen are typically a pale/sky blue while DNR are darker. I do know the DNR gates on the east side and the eastside of Puget Sound are blue.
What the hell , rip out all the gates and not even worry about who's is who's, man i cannot get over this.
