Just got around to testing out my lens

Well, just want to share a test shot of my new 70-200L lens.  This was a fishing trip two weeks ago.  I bought the lens a while back and have never tried it. 

This was a quick snap using Tv mode @ 1/125.  Open to feedback.

What lens is it?  f2.8 or f4?  IS or VR?
