I started at 221lb, 3 months later I have cancelled my surgery, have hit personal records on all my lifts, runs, hikes and feeling stronger than ever. I encourage everyone (special permit or not) to hit the ground running now! I need to buckle down on a consistent shooting routine with the bow. The elk never get a day off, why should we?
