Reminds me of when I take the 338win out. Nasty but very effective and even a bad shot dumps them, the yote I shot with the 95gr bt out of the 243 was nasty too.

I had a friend who passed away a couple years ago and he used to go to Montana every year to shoot prairei dogs and he always used a 300 mag loaded lightly and he loved it for reaching way out there...plus he had a bunch of other guns with him too ...like a .243 25-06 and a 22-250 he was a varmit huntin SOB ... Miss the old fart
