No license needed for under 15 year olds.  Just looked it up in the regs.  Just like regular fishing for fish w/o a catch card.

Too early to say that! I've been on a pier from dusk til dawn and didn't catch anything until after 2am. Then I filled my bucket.

  yeah your right.  When i got there there were 8 poeple.  When the guy with the generator shut it down to leave everyone was gone before he was even packed up.  I stayed an hour longer but caught nothing.
