I have an open seat in the Bellingham area in the morning.  I have a small boat, dekes, and spot already picked out.  PM for details.

I've got a blind reserved on base up here at NAS Whidbey Island both Saturday and Sunday and currently have an open seat both days (subject to change).

Unfortunately, LST is on its way to high tide, so you'll need a float tube or a layout/sneak boat of some type to get through the morning.  In the afternoon, I have a blind that is actually where its supposed to be and is usable, so no boats would be needed.  Depending on how many people are hunting the base the birds may or may not move very well, but if nobody is out there, we'd be free to move around.

PM me for details.

UPDATE:  SEATS ARE FULL!!  LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING NEW FACES!

This thread's a great idea! I met one of my best friend's 5 or more years ago on this site! He has since moved to VA and my other good friend/duck hunting partner is training to be a police officer. I'm a hardcore waterfowl hunter. I sometimes leave my house at 1 a.m. and have spent many sleepless nights to ensure I get my duck hunting spot! I'm looking for people that are as hardcore as myself and are willing to go a 24 hr period without sleep if necessary...Ha! that's sorta a joke but I've don't it before and I'd do it again! I live in Liberty Lake, WA. I travel to the Tri-Cities often. My work schedule is flexible and I don't hunt weekends! Too many people. I have some good spots all over WA state and decoys, but I sold my duck boat and I had to put my best friend down after 13 seasons last year. The places I hunt are wader accessible, but if someone has a boat we could go to my bigger water hot spots. I'm looking for a week day hunter who's as crazy about those greenheaded b@st@rds as myself!

Tomorrow taking the boat to the potholes alone which I'm learning.  If you want to go?

Anyone have an open seat next week within an hour of Tacoma?  Nisqually, wherever.   Prefer a day during the week.  I have dekes, can call very well, and have a 10' layout boat, but it's not something I would take in the sound.

Looks like we constantly have a lot more guys wanting to go than guys that actualy have extra room....
lol

Come on guys. There has to be more of us on here interested in helping somebody new to the sport.... right?

I would volunteer, but.... I myself am the extra guy who goes with my friends when they have room.  :chuckle:
