Bam got myself a Skagit tag! :IBCOOL: I'm kinda surprised I got drawn since this was the 1st time ever applying but hey I'll take it. I was curious is Mt Baker a part of this unit? :dunno:
Yes Mt Baker is part of the Skagit unit.

The actual spring bear area does not include Mt Baker.. :-)  Unless they change the boundaries this year.  Wish it did include all of 418 though

Eyeguard took a trip to the Wenaha area this weekend... snowshoes are required attire still! I did see one bear out last week, but it was in the Dayton unit. Congrats, permit holders! I look forward to seeing some critters!
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Got my letter for skagit as well. Cant make the meeting because of the razor clam dig that weekend. Talked to Brandon Roozen and the letter says the 10th but its supposed to say the 7th. He will be calling all of the skagit tag holders and see who can make it and who needs to meet on a different date like me. Very nice guy.
