Authorized Mathews Dealer Shop
« on: March 05, 2014, 07:23:19 PM »
Looking for recommendation on authorized dealer who sells Mathews Bows. Been waiting to buy a new now for sometime and I'm ready to pull the trigger. I believe one of our own members runs an archery shop but do not recall their forum name? (RedSav?) I'm not even sure they sell Mathews but wanted to find out. I typically buy my archery gear from a local archery shop in Kalispell or pick up items from Sportsman's. I just can't wait till end of July. I found one shop in Mount Vernon so far.

I have done lots of research and shot Mathews, Martin and Bowtech. (all out of states shops) Pretty firm on getting a Mathews!

I have had good dealings with Charlie at Penisula Premier Pro Shop in Belfair.

I bought my bow in Belfair a few years ago.  Didn't have any issues.  I usually get work done in Mount Vernon at Riverside Archery.  They do an excellent job, plus they have an indoor range to help get you set up.  Belfair did not last time I was there.  That being said I noticed you were from Seattle, the Mathews locator say Outdoor Emporium in Seattle carries their bows.  Also I would look at craigslist.  There are a few up for the area.  Might save you a few bucks on a 1 year old bow.  Just depends what you are looking for.  The only thing is if you buy new the warranty is yours.  That is a bonus.

The best mathews dealer I know is craig at fletch setter in rainier, wa.
Outdoor emporium/sportco sells them but their service and knowledge is crap, and last I heard refuse warranty service. Both bowtech and mathews are lacking in the dealer department in my book. Obviously they've never been to some of their dealers in our area or they would choose better shops like evergreen. :twocents:

If you're talking about Evergreen Archery in Graham, they don't sell Mathews. At least not according to their website.

Unfortunately we do not carry Mathews but I would recommend Fletchsetter or Riverside. Both are great guys to deal with, or you could go a little further south to Lucky Shot.

If you meant me I do not have a retail store.  We are strictly wholesale manufacturing of small parts.

Being as you are in Seattle I would agree with those who mentioned Riverside.  They would be reasonably close to you.  And like others have said, Gary is good people.  Very knowledgeable as well!

Do you know what Mathews you are wanting to get?  If you wouldn't mind I'd like to hear what it is you like about it.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Craig probably has the best prices, but lucky shot will most likely be a better experience.

I also would like to know what model you're looking at?  Don't tell anyone but if I were to shoot one it would be that chill R.  Sweet little shooter if you ask me.
