Seen him feeding with another buck from across the Draw at about 1k yards. Hilltophustler and I Beat feet to make up the yards a bit. We both crawled around 200 yards threw the sage. Shot was 171 yards

How far can you shoot with these new-fangled smoke poles? 171 yards seems pretty far but I know nothing about muzzy hunting.
