Is there an area by Lake Stevens or all by Monroe? Never seen a map yet so no idea

2 years ago there was Alot of hunting within 15 min of lake Stevens.  But then it's only 15 to 20 min to the Monroe areas.

I hope this years Monroe unit spring bear hunters do better than last years. I think we can do better than 4 out of 25.

Yeah that wasn't very encouraging at the meeting.     I'm looking forward to getting out there.  I probably won't hit it til Friday.

We won't be out till next weekend. I think extending season till june 15 will make big difference.

Extending the season is going to make a huge difference. The bears will be way more active in June then April or May.
