The delay is not for the time between pictures of a 3 shot burst. You will get three pictures, then there will be ten seconds until movement in front of the camera will trigger the next 3 shot burst.

Hopefully that makes sense.

  Sums it up all right.   I believe its designed that way for if its mounted on a trail and theres multiple animals moving by it'll catch more then one.

I do wish there was a little more time between pictures. My Primos 35 and 46 take the pictures so close together, that often all three pictures (or five with the 46) look the same.

I see the new 2013 Moultries have a fast burst and a slow burst, as selectable options. Those may not be the same terminology they use to describe those functions but that's basically what it is. The slow option will have a few seconds between each picture.

but are they $46 refurbished!!!! hahaha yea 2 seconds between wouldn't be so bad. I kind of like it now cause when I put the pics on my computers and look through them I can easily identify another animal coming into the picture because they are so similar and i can pick out the difference in them (if that makes any sense)

And for 46 bucks I can't complain. Clear pictures and an easy to use camera.

Bobcat- do your 35's take a lot of infrared pictures outta the blue. Like maybe if theres a weird slow cover or something it will shoot IR and then the next set of pictures will be normal 5 minutes later but all were taking during daylight hours?

Yep!  I almost mentioned that issue in my last post. My 35 and my 46 are the same way. They will often alternate between IR pictures and normal color pictures. I can have deer eating apples in front of the camera, at say 10:00 in the morning, and I'll get 3 IR pictures, then 3 color, then 3 IR, and so on. It's not the end of the world, but it's annoying. What I have found is that this is much less of an issue if you use these cameras where there's a lot of light. So I have only been using them on the edge of clearcuts, where it's either light, or it's dark.

my refurb truth cams have been out for 10 days. i was supposed to swap cards this weekend but i got busy and i can't get in there during the week cause they're logging so i should have an update by this saturday. Or if i get in one day this week in the evening.

I am sure the primos cams are 10x better than the junk Tascos..I have 3 of them..they do not trigger like you think they should they miss 40% of the pics

Do you have the tasco that takes C or D batteries for $50 (crap), or the 5mp tasco that takes double A's. I have pretty good luck with them. The $50 sucks
