Desparatly needed wild Mt Blackberry desert recipys

I just picked 2 gallons of the little mountain blackberry's looking for some good ideas for deserts , fire away with your  mouth watering berry's creations

Ha, I just had a dish of ice cream with I call it berry sauce, nuke the berries  with a little sugar for 20 seconds and add a little corn starch to make instant delishisness.

juice them and put the juice in 2 gallons worth of containers with narrow mouths.  Big juice bottles work great. put in 3-4 pounds of sugar and mostly fill with water then add a packet of yeast.  poke a hole in a balloon and put it over the top.

wait a month or two til it stops fermenting.

siphon it off the sediment and drink.

One year I made 20 gallons in 4 carboys of real blackberry wine.  In an Apartment.  Still remember the headaches

heat until the skins break.

add sugar and remove from heat

add moonshine or 100 proof vodka

let sit for 2-3 months

filter into canning jars

wait as long as possible
