I was there the next day to get my sd card and the elk were right behind it bedded up. The bear must not have pushed them to hard. I didnt get any of the cub

It looks like you did get the cub in the two shots of the bear you posted. Look to the right of the bear, in each pic there is a little black spot that is in a different place in each picture.
Fish hard, hunt harder!
