Sounds 'bout right to me. I was busy not shooting bears but heard the tremmor in his voice when I got the call. Poor D-rock....good thing Stang was there.

Did you guys really use the pole method? :yike:

You do know the short guy gets the majority of the torture when using the pole method?  For me the only use for the pole is to beat the guy who suggested it senseless ;)

He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Stang, does this look familiar?

Geeze, not even a shoutout for some excellent backup shooting?

How about for coaxing your lazy arse down the hill?

Here's the real dialogue from the walk out:

D-Rock: "Wha wa hwa :'( Stang, my shoulder hurts from carrying this stupid bear out on a stick"

Stang: "Its okay, we're almost there"

D-Rock: "Now my back, legs, arms, hands, AND hips hurt"

Stang: "Its okay D-Rock, we're going to make it through this."

D-Rock: "I hurt so bad but I'm really excited for my mini bear rug"

Stang:  "Taking this thing out with the fur on is stupid and now you're feeling stupid hurt."

D-Rock: " :'( "

D-Rock: (thinking) "Stang is really a badazz.  His backpack is far better than mine and he's super strong"

Stang: (thinking) "I can't believe D-Rock hauls around a tiny little gun like this, what a wimp."

Then we drank gatorade and settled our differences as we enjoyed being back at the car before midnight with a whole bear over a non-stolen vehicle.

To accent D-Rock's sentiment, the tweaker was... wearing gym shoes with the tongue popped out, wearing a jersey and a hat backwards, talking loudly to himself, and said "REALLY!?!" when he first saw us and then "Hi" when we said hi.  His car looked like he had tried to steal it from himself before he realized it was his...
:chuckle: :chuckle: Awesome......
Nice job D-rock sounds like you guys had a good time.

You guys don't lessen to stang he suffers from small "MAN"  symptoms and has to compensate by shooting a 375 H&H.
