You won't be disappointed. I have the big one and can grind everything. It also stuffs well. You will definitely want to get the foot pedal if it compatible.
I just recently bought the Cabela's Commercial-Grade 12'' Meat Slicer in the bargain barn a couple weeks ago.....to cheap to pass up. Display model as well.Now looking for a grinder. May try the new Carnivore one as it's on sale.
