Dear Trespassers
« on: September 13, 2016, 12:29:58 PM »
I'm 99% sure you were trespassing when you took your shot.  Obviously you trespassed throughout the day chasing your bull.  Hopefully you found it.

At 9am, the tingling of the gate?  That was me.  I heard you and you heard me, but I figured you were my neighbor.  He likes to trespass too, but he's harmless.

You should have knocked.  I could have contacted all 4 neighbors for you.  I have 2 boys that would love to chase a blood trail and I own a tractor to pull it out.  Same tractor that made that clearing and the trails you were on. Hell, we could have checked the camera cards.

Even though you messed with my cameras, I appreciate you not stealing them.   For that reason I blocked out your face.

Time stamps are 20 minutes slow.

PM me or knock on my door sometime,  we can have a beer and a good laugh at the ridiculous pics of your GF taking selfies with her tongue hanging out.

Did you ever find it?  I haven't had much activity the last several days.

Edit: I removed the pic of the folks on camera.  He owned right up to it and apologized for not going about things differently.  What more can someone ask for, right?

Kinder than I'd have been....

I don't believe they'll recover that bull....

My hope is they were desperate via ethics and not greed.  I like to hope for the best in people, but I think you're right.  That bull didn't look like he was going down soon.

I have little to no respect for individuals who trespass either willfully or from a lack of research on property ownership due to laziness. They are disrespectful thieves. They steal from not only the property owner but from other citizens who may have otherwise gained access to the property through appropriate and respectful communication with the owner.

I honestly wish you’d turned them in, but respect your decision to do what you considered best.

Wow, they obviously trespassed to look for the bull.  My guess is they probably shot it on someone's property they didn't have permission to be on.  Too bad they didn't just ask, sounds like you would have been willing to help.

Not sure what I would have done in that situation.

Shot does look to be above the shoulder and not in any vitals, I bet he lives.

Did you follow the spray paint markings out to where they started?

Post some of those "selfies" so we can get a couple laughs as well.

No need to worry about covering her face since she was knowlingly letting her picture be taken.

And you have piqued my curisoity, probably a few others as well...

Is that the new way to mark the blood trail?  Interesting.

It's obviously in the shoulder blade with that lack of penetration.  I'd post his face pic so let the world know of his actions. :twocents:

Only reason I can't think of why he would be carrying a can of spray paint, either marking the trail, "tagging" (not likely out there) or "huffing" which I suppose could have led to the poor decision to trespass. :dunno:

I think you are probably right about marking the trail I just hadn't heard of it before, well doing it that way anyways.
