Great pic! Not sure he covers that far north, but the cat bio in 460 is a gentleman named Brian Kertson (Kertson@dfw.wa.gov) If you share the time and place he may be able to tell you about the animal. I did the same on a collared cat I photographed and it was pretty interesting.

DID HE SAY HOW FAR SOUTH THE CAT WAS CAUGHT AND COLLARED? IT AMAZING HOW MANY CATS THERE ARE IN THE AREA AND THE SIZE OF AREA THEY ROAM IN.
