Anyone know how often the Washington state big game record book is updated?

Seems like the whole thing is poorly ran and just a cash scam for the show circuit. You would think they would update the website monthly or quarterly or even annually for that matter since they only print a book ever few years or so. But they don't even respond to emails let alone update anything.

  I wrote them about issues with my entry in 2 nd edition.. Im done with them and will never contribute to it again

I do a fine job measuring my bone myself. I don’t need anyone else checking my girth measurements.

Yeah poorly done is an understatement... I have the state record Non-typical whitetail deer shed. Just one side... But the book says I have two...

Yes, very poorly done!  I submitted and payed or 7 entries, only 2 made it in the book.  All were in high up in there classes.  It almost took an act of congress to get my money back for the 5 that weren't entered.  I had them score my bull and refused to enter it in their book.  The book is full of mule deer being passed off as blacktails, poached and out of state critters etc.  You folks can have that pile of garbage.

Shouldn't it be 16 to fall in line with the state.  I've been pondering on entering my daughters bull.  But I'm not really intrested if it's not on the up and up.

Is this record book affiliated with anyone except o'laughlin trade shows? Sci? Or Boone and Crockett? Or Pope and young? Is their official score even official?
