Thanks i appreciate it it was a blast i love to do the bbq competitions but i would rather cook for a big croud of people over judges any day

Competition chicken is my least favorite thing to prepare I would rather trim 10 briskets is the cleanup 10 chicken thighs for competition and I will gladly share any recipe and cooking technique with you guys on here half of the fun is learning and teaching from each other

Well done sir.  I never have enjoyed competition cooking.... give me a bunch of bodies and I'm happy.  That said no slouch pulling 1/2 in those categories.  Lots of work!  Looks good.
