Big deal Bango  , look what I got this morning... :chuckle: .  Seen him on my camera last night, then he disappeared for a couple hours then came back packing on one antler... so I knew it had to be somewhere out there. Sure enough it was about 30 feet from my camera. I'm on the board at least.

Wait I am confused - are these dropping from deer this season? I didn't think deer sheds dropped so early. Is that true of all subspecies? White/mule/black?
If so, I have a backyard buck that I really need to start keeping an eye on.

Whitetails drop early, especially more mature bucks.  See a lot around here drop christmas or earlier.  Muleys here tend to drop later.  No idea about blacktail

Yeah, the whitetail shed early. I had a little spike missing an antler on December 20th... don't think I'm going to find that one.

Just turn the gain down on your antler detector.👍

Nice finds so far.  I was planning to go out this morning after i finished my coffee - then watched 7 bucks on my hill all still packing their antlers...decided to drink more coffee and stay inside  :chuckle:

Yeah, I have glassed almost all packing their baggage still, but there's plenty to possibly find haha. I need an excuse to hike. Shed hunting season is my time to drop all of the fall weight I gained
