Keep in mind also... most of the folks buying these tags don’t care much about what kind of deal they’re getting. I’d also like to know where there are plenty of 200” bucks in Washington. I’d venture to say that some of the best mule deer hunters in this state haven’t seen many 200” bucks here and I mean no disrespect to anyone . Maybe back in the 1950’s.
$24k for the WA gov mule deer tag tonight. I thought pretty hard about it at that price. Great night at the Expo. Antelope Island tag went for $305k.
WA has had 17 book bucks in the last 10 years, certainly not Colorado but they are out there.
This auction is in Utah right?

There’s a big difference between a 180” and a a 200” buck. Don’t get me wrong. I know there are some 200” bucks. Just don’t think there are “plenty”.
