Poachers scoping out private land in graham.
« on: July 04, 2020, 09:45:13 AM »
Have been hearing a few of the land owners around me saying a guy in a new Toyota Tundra has been coming up to them and talking to them about the elk he has been watching on there land. They said he seemed off and something didn’t seem right about the guy. One of the land owners sons said that he has been caught before in a possible poaching situation. Was wondering if anyone has heard or had this happen to them.

:chuckle: He's not a poacher. He guides poaching parties!

:chuckle: A poaching party hmmmm doesn’t sound good. I’ve heard of a so called outfitter out this way that seems quite shady also.

There are actually 2 different " Guide Services" in the area. Can't stand either one of them from personal experiences and or encounters with them. I've got some stories thats for sure. Nothing good comes from these clowns. Wouldn't surprise me of the ones in question to the OP being these clowns.
Maturity is when you have the power to destroy someone who did you wrong but instead you breathe, walk away, and let life take care of them.

:yeah: I hung some signs up and will be on the look out. I hope nothing comes of it but it sounded like they had all ready been trespassing watching the animals from the sound of it.

notify the local WDFW agent so he can keep tabs on him before the season..... or possibly a sting operation by acting like a prospective client.

Yeah I have cameras up now and am adding a few to the property and a few of the land owners around me are as well. A sting op isn’t a bad idea. Never thought of that
