It was reminding me of my dads 1st bull moose. His eyes were getting bad, legally blind now and had to quit hunting. I spot a good bull on the hill side and he says where is it? What!? It’s that giant black thing right there about 100 yards. I’m pointing but no luck so I line up behind him looking through the scope. There look, see it? Boom. Upside down bull.

Tagged out today!!  The wife and I saw a bull at first light, then besides a wolf at 284 yards, it was quiet.  Till we were heading back to camp around 10:30 and she spots a nice cow at the bottom of a clear cup.  We get out, set up and cow down ! She was shaking from the coffee, and had to step away for a second to regroup. Stepped back up, and made the 130 yard shot! Sweet! Used my crab rope and snatch blocks to pull her up to the road, it was priceless!  Thank you to all the guys who sent PM’s, really appreciate the help!
