I have not seen or heard the hunter has been found yet. Don’t know what BD1 is referring to.

Ruined. I hope this is not connected to the couple who stole a whole bunch of guns in that area recently. I think it was up 410 where that couple was doing that

He went missing up Spring creek rd near cliffdell. I was up in the same area elk hunting this week. Another hunter noticed his red pickup had been parked in the same spot overnight and asked us on Wed morning if we knew who it was. We did not, that afternoon the sheriff and game warden were there as well as search and rescue as we came down the mtn. It was extremely foggy that night and we actually came across who I am assuming was the wife and daughter that were down lower about where gold creek rd and spring creek rd meet. We told them the truck was about 4 miles up the mtn. The last thing I heard was a women at a camp told authorities on wed morning she heard 3 pistol shots then another 3 pistol shots not far from their camp. I haven’t heard anything else since then. We cleared out of that canyon the next day so we wouldn’t be in anyone’s way. Praying they find him safe.

Hopefully they find him soon, just seen a forecast for 8-12 inches of snow in that area.

I’m kind of shocked they haven’t found him yet. Sure hoping there is an outcome soon.

Hope he decided to go backpacking and didn’t slip and fall off of Devils Slide or one of the surrounding cliffs. Easy to get wedged in one of the cracks up there and that clay is slicker than snot.

sounds like he knows what he’s doing in the woods, I have to think he’s had a medical problem or accident, no way he is lost.
“In common with”..... not so much!!
