I suspect they'll draw right before the commission meeting.

Then the commission can cross check those that draw with names that constantly email them about their performance...then they can use the best available science to pick who gets tags..

I hear it's taking longer this year than usual because in a crazy turn of events, I got all the special permit tags I put in for.  Girl and boy mooses, girl and boy sheeps, goats of all types, quality tags galore, etc.  It even spit out a grizzly tag for some reason.  So now they have to procure a programming expert to figure out how a grizzly tag could have come out of the system.  That process should only take 8-12 months -- gotta get the low bidder.  In the meantime, they can't issue any special tags or put out any other special permit results...

I heard the witness this year is currently out of town and doesn't even get back until the 22nd....
