Probably my Browning A bolt in 270 Winchester. I have a 30/06 that I like too but it's at least a pound heavier, so for most mule deer hunting I'm going to go with the lighter rifle.

.280 Rem was great when the ammo was still readily available. I started with a .270 Win. Ended up buying another one a couple years ago. Tikka with 140gr Fed Premium Trophy Bonded Tip. Light and lethal. Love that gun.
